The A Solution Quality Assurance (QA) approach is based on industry best practices, program requirements, and ISO and CMM principles. Our quality plan incorporates two key areas of quality management:
Quality Assurance and Control
Identifying which quality standards are relevant and determining how to satisfy them; evaluating services regularly to gain confidence that they will satisfy these relevant quality standards; and auditing and evaluating process compliance to assess the utility of the process, the extent of process application, and ways to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance. Quality monitoring methods include in-process reviews or audits, client assessments, and the success of implementing process improvements.
Monitoring how the A Solution team meets government-specified performance requirements and evaluating to ensure the Program Manager has access to the most current technical data for inspections and review of all government-required performance reports.Back to the Seaport-e Section
